• This document is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 for publishing the rules, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing the domain https://www.aimlearno.com/, including the related mobile site and application (the "Platform").
• The Platform is owned by HEENA ARORA, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at House No- D-209, Pocket-A, Phase-2, Near Ram Mandir, Mayur Vihar Phase-2, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, East Delhi, New Delhi, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', or 'our').
• Your use of the Platform and its services is governed by these Terms of Use, which constitute a binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference.
• For the purpose of these Terms, “you”, “your”, or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user or buyer on the Platform.

• Service Use:

  11. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by a force majeure event.
  12. These Terms and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  13. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi and Delhi.

• Refund:
  In case of any approved refunds, the amount will be credited within 7 days.
